  How long does a shaving head last?

For maximum performance and hygiene, we recommend replacing blades after 50 shaves. Damaged blades should be replaced immediately.

  How do I cancel my plan?

Simply write to us at support@kingstonshaverinc.com with your email, order number, and subscription receipt and we will process your cancellation immediately.

  Can I get a refund on my subscription?

Yes, you can get a refund on the last payment of your subscription as long as you write to us at support@kingstonshaverinc.com with your email, order number, and subscription receipt within 24 hours of your last billing.

  How do I get a new Kingston Shaver?

Simply write to us at support@kingstonshaverinc.com with your email, order number, and subscription receipt and we will process a replacement shaver immediately, in accordance to our warranty terms.

  How do I clean the blades?

We advise you to hold the shaver, with the shaver head facing down. Turn the shaver on and dip the running blades in a bowl of water (you may decide to add a little soap/detergent/alcohol-based solution). Let the blades run for 30 seconds to a minute. The running blades will push out the hair clippings.
